We were always kept up to date with developments and changes that needed to be made. Monthly meetings were held where budgets, delays, changes etc were discussed, with Liam more than happy to accommodate any changes that we wanted to make.
Any increases in costs were communicated as soon as recognised and therefore were able to be budgeted for, or amendments made to the original design to enable costs to be met.
We would certainly contact Phelan Construction for any future construction projects we might have.

Liam is incredibly easy to talk to and always wanted to ensure that we were consulted with every decision that had to be made.
The easy to understand advice Liam provided, guided us through the process of building our first house.
Liam and his team made us part of the construction process from the beginning to the end, providing us with a great customer service focused on our satisfaction.
Building with Phelan Construction was an absolute pleasure and nothing was ever too hard for them. The end result is exactly what we pictured and we couldn’t be happier!
Thank you.

We were referred to Phelan Construction by a previous client of theirs.
Liam designed the renovation of our home with our budget in mind, and the finished article exceeded our expectations.
Most people are very wary of doing home renovations for fear of blowing their budget or the project not finishing on time. With Liam, these fears are nonexistent. The work was completed within budget, time and with superior quality.
We have no hesitation in recommending Phelan Construction
